To summarise, Quest protein bars have very little sugar so you'll find it hard to improve upon. But if you want naturally occuring sugars, found in fruits or have problems with sugar alcohols like erythritol then you will have to look elsewhere. Some sugar alcohols cause stomach issues and not everyone agrees with them, so other options will have to be looked at.
